Cancellation & Confirmation Policy Please review before your first scheduled call. Confirmation Requirement All coaching calls, consultations, and C&P prep sessions must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. You will receive a confirmation request by email and/or text ahead of your appointment. 24-Hour Confirmation Required If you do not confirm within 24 hours of your scheduled call, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the time slot released. What Happens If You Don't Confirm • Your slot is released and made available to another client. • You'll need to rebook through the scheduling link to select a new time. • Session credit: an unconfirmed, canceled call counts as a used session under your package, unless rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice. How to Confirm Your Call • Reply "Confirm" to the text or email reminder you receive before your call. • Click the confirmation link included in your reminder message. • Reach out directly by email or phone if you have any trouble confirming. Rescheduling Need a different time? Reschedule more than 24 hours in advance at no penalty using your scheduling link. Rescheduling inside the 24-hour window is treated the same as a missed confirmation. Why This Matters Coaching slots are limited and reserved specifically for you. Confirming ahead of time lets us prepare for your call and makes sure that time isn't held unnecessarily when it could go to another veteran who needs it. Need to reschedule?
